Our goal is to invest in local people by training a new generation of guides, conservationists, as well as business men and business women.  The key to conserving Africa's wildlife resources is local involvement.  If wildlife tourism can benefit local communities and local people, then Africa's great parks will survive and prosper. 

At Deeper Africa we hire locally whenever possible.  Our guides are drawn from local communities.   We provide local employment in all aspects of our business operations.  We pay upmarket wages.  We invest in our staff's education and training so our team can deliver service that is internationally competitive.
